Meet Our Founder Benjamin Tan Ambitious, Determined and Passionate Benjamin's life story has a striking resemblance to a particular edition of the famous local movie series, Ah Boys To Men. Like in the 3rd edition of the movie, Ah Boys To Men 3: Frogmen, Benjamin was selected to be part of the elite Naval Diving Unit (NDU), as part of his National Service (NS) commitment.Enlisting after completing his Diploma from a local Polytechnic, Benjamin found the training in NDU mentally and physically challenging. However, with sheer determination and grit, he successfully completed the grueling NDU course and served his NS passionately.The life skills that he cultivated and developed during his NDU stint are key contributors to his success in the real estate industry, which he joined in 2005. This is after attaining his degree in Computing and working in the IT industry for 2 years.It was a close friend of Benjamin who recommended that he join the real estate industry, given his ambitious,determined and passionate personality. As he built his knowledge and experience, he joined PropNex in 2008. While starting out in the resale HDB segment, Benjamin swiftly expanded his service to cover private resale condominiums, landed, commercial and industrial properties. Displaying his adaptability and resourcefulness, he extended his services to offer overseas properties for his clients to invest. This was at a time when the Singapore real estate market did not offer many investment opportunities and had the introduction of cooling measures from 2013 to 2016.Benjamin spotted opportunities in new launch condominium projects towards the end of 2016 and encouraged his team to market these projects to their clients, as he envisioned that clients will benefit, whether they are new buyers or upgraders.With his dedication and hard work in marketing the new launch condominium projects, the management at PropNex noticed and recognised his efforts by assigning him an important and key role in the marketing of new launches. Appointed as the West Zone Leader in Singapore Benjamin was one of the first PropNex agents to be assigned as a zonal leader for new launch projects that PropNex was marketing. Power Packed Real Estate Experience

From handling local to overseas property transactions, Benjamin has done it all.

While starting out in the resale HDB segment, Benjamin swiftly expanded his service to cover private resale condominiums, landed, commercial and industrial properties.
