Upon interviewing Bookkeeper Andros, Kennith is dragged to the Lord Regent, killed and pinned out in the Etrean Wilds to be found. This results in him being sent to the Kyrsan Wilds, where he can be found and informed of the situation in Etris.

After talking to Andros, head to the Nomad Camp area and climb up the cliff above it. You will see marks on the ground that leads to the desecrated body of Kennith.
